Over 4000 registered voluntary blood donors were recruited from 17 countries during the first- ever Global Voluntary Blood Donation Campaign of Trauma Care International Foundation on Saturday 30th June, 2018.
Celebrated as the first of it's kind, this laudable exercise held simultaneously between the hours of 10am to 6pm GMT +1, with a remarkable participation from scores of centers cutting across Africa, Asia, Europe and America.
Participants turned up from various tribes and strata of society to share their expressions of kindness and love for humanity through voluntary blood donation.The campaign is commemorative of the annual World Blood Donor Day which is marked every June 14th.
TCIF continues to contribute meaningfully through her significant programs and initiatives, to alleviate the challenges of emergency response in nations where the need is greatest and the help is small.
